Frequently Asked Questions

 

What do I do if my pen is working improperly, has a defective part, or damaged?

All Fisher Space Pens and Space Pen Cartridges are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturing defects.  Please send the complete product (original packaging not necessary) for repair or replacement via USPS 1st Class Mail.  Be advised that our products may tear through a regular USPS standard envelope and your contents may be lost.  We recommend you insure your package as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Upon receipt, your Fisher Space Pen product will be thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control Department to determine the cause of the malfunction.  Allow up to three weeks for your repaired or replaced item to be returned at no cost to you.  Please note during the holidays from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day allow up to four weeks.

To return your item, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Securely package the item in a small box
  2. Include your Order Number, Name, Mailing Address, Telephone Number and Emil Address.  If you don’t have an order number from us, please tell us where you got your Space Pen.
  3. Send to:

Can I have my Space Pen personalized?

Most pens are engraveable for personalization.  Your pen can have up to 3 lines of engraving with up to 30 characters per line.  Each line costs $2.50(c).  The default font comes in  .  Other options are:
